What are the target fish?

Target fish include Southern Flounder (Also Called Flounder, Plie ), Spotted Weakfish (Also Called Seatrout, Speckled Trout, Spotted Squeteague, Spotted Trout  ), Striped Bass (Also Called Striper, Linesider, Rockfish  ), Summer Flounder  (Also Called Flounder, Fluke  ), Sea Trout  (Also Called Speckled Trout, Spotted Sea Trout)

Where do I get a STATE Fishing license?

North Carolina Wildlife Resources Comission - Fishing

A North Carolina Fishng License is required for individuals 16 years of age or more. A fishing license is required to fish any public water in North Carolina. The State of North Carolina requires seperate licenses to be purchased for inland and salt water fishing. When fishing with a licensed captain or guide in saltwater no licensing is needed. Please visit the North Carolina Wildlife Resources comission for more information and to purchase your license.

How much should I Tip?

It is customary to tip 20% of the trip total. We work tirelessly to make sure you have a guest experience!


Do I need to bring my own gear?

No, we provide standard gear such as rods and reels so you don’t need to worry about anything. But please feel free to bring you own gear if you prefer.
